Job Description Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time Review payroll inputs including overtime, bonuses, benefits, and adjustments Calculate and file statutory deductions including PAYE, NSSF, SHA, NITA, Housing Levy, and other applicable levies Prepare and submit payroll returns through KRA iTax Maintain accurate payroll data, system integrity, and secure records Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned payroll clients and respond to payroll queries Prepare payroll summaries and periodic reports for client review Support payroll audits and reconciliations while maintaining strict confidentiality Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field CPA or ACCA qualification 3–5 years’ relevant payroll experience, preferably within a professional services firm Strong knowledge of Kenyan payroll laws and statutory compliance High attention to detail and strong client communication skills
