Pharmaceutical Technologist

Machakos Doctors Plaza is seeking to recruit a qualified and competent Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our team in Machakos.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
• Valid practising licence.
• Relevant experience in a hospital or community pharmacy is an added advantage.
• Good communication, customer service, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work professionally and with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Providing patient counselling on appropriate medicine use.
• Managing pharmacy stock and inventory.
• Maintaining accurate pharmacy records.
• Monitoring drug expiry dates and storage conditions.
• Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulations.
