Job Description
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our client\'s pharmacy team in Pipeline, Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately according to valid prescriptions.
- Receive, verify and process prescriptions.
- Provide appropriate medication guidance and customer service.
- Monitor pharmaceutical stock levels and expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and registers.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Comply with Pharmacy and Poisons Board requirements and pharmacy procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
- Valid PPB practising licence is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in a busy pharmacy or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to start immediately.
Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
