Person Specifications
- An earned PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree in Pediatric Nursing/ Critical Care Nursing/ Medical Surgical Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
OR
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
- Hold a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing/ Critical Care Nursing/ Medical Surgical Nursing from an accredited and recognized University;
- Progress towards completion of Ph.D. will be an added advantage;
- Demonstrate evidence of teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry;
- Demonstrate evidence of publications in reputable peer reviewed journals;
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and have a valid practice license;
- Proficiency in computer applications.
