KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Procurement planning and execution Supplier sourcing, negotiation, and management Ensure regulatory compliance (PCPB, KEBS, international standards) Inventory monitoring and demand forecasting Cost optimization and budget control Import logistics and shipment coordination Reporting and documentation REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field 4-6 years procurement experience Experience in agrochemicals/fertilizers or regulated products (added advantage) Experience in international sourcing/importation JOB PURPOSE: Assist the procurement manager to plan, source, procure, and manage the supply of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers in a cost-effective, compliant, and timely manner.
