KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end procurement for IT equipment, software and services in line with companypolicies.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms to achieve value and cost savings without compromisingquality.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
- Work with technical teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of ITresources.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions and industry suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ERP / procurement software such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
- CIPS certification or progress towards it is an added advantage.
