Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and project reporting.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, resolve implementation challenges, and document lessons learned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience, preferably in software development, banking, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certification will be an added advantage.
