THE ROLE
- Daily operations, maintenance, service providers, resident relations and service charge management.
KEY DUTIES
- Oversee cleaning security, lifts, water, power and waste.
- Planned and emergency repairs Supervise staff and contractors.Handle resident and owner queries
- Budget, collect service charges, monthly reports Enforce house rules, health, safety and fire compliance
- Raise defects with the developer
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related field
- 2-5 years' experience managing residential apartments.
- Professional body membership is an added advantage.
