Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished tissue products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and procedures.
- Perform routine sampling, testing, and documentation of QC results.
- Identify quality defects, investigate deviations, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues and minimize product wastage.
- Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 2- 4 years’ experience in Quality Control, preferably in tissue /toilet paper manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of QC procedures, sampling, testing, documentation, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a production environment.
