Your payroll expertise is the product. Most QA roles ask you to test what someone built. This one asks you to know payroll and benefits well enough to predict how it will break before the code exists. You will need:
- 2+ years of hands-on PEO, payroll, or benefits administration experience (a requirement, not a preference)
- Solid QA practice: test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Degree or equivalent experience
- PrismHR platform experience
