Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automotive Parts Sales. At least 2 years in regional or field sales
Automotive Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive parts, applications, and compatibility
Proficiency in ERP & Digital Tools: ERP & EPC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Self-Driven, adaptable and a person of integrity
