Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviews, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination.
- Assist with project staffing, resource allocation, and talent reporting across the region.
- Coordinate performance review processes and maintain accurate talent data and HR records.
- Contribute to talent initiatives, process improvements, and workforce planning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition, international recruitment, HR, talent operations, or staffing.
- Experience within consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced project environment is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; HRIS experience is beneficial.
