What You Will Do
- Identifying potential MSMEs businesses to be recruited by collecting their biodata and sales, expenses, inventory and cash information that can be used in vetting and selection.
- Facilitating the recruitment processes including collecting baseline data of the MSMEs on the TENAKATA mobile app.
- Conducting financial literacy trainings for recruited MSMEs.
- Identifying various business development or capacity building opportunities for the MSMEs that are supported under the program.
- Recommending the businesses that will apply for business loans from financial institution.
- Supporting the designated branch manager on the preparation of cluster success stories for documentation and review.
- Ensure targets are met in minimizing credit losses and maximizing recoveries.
- Provide timely feedback concerning customers payments behavior to management and the business strategies.
- Contacting defaulting customers either calling or visiting them with a view of negotiating a settlement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Banking, credit management or any other related degree.
- Credit Operations & SME evaluations experiences from a financial institution or Fintech environment.
- Professional qualifications in Credit Management (Certified Credit Professional) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in credit recoveries.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, focused, self-driven and attentive to detail.
