Purpose of the Consultancy : The consultant(s) will carry out all quantitative data analysis for selected study objectives and deliver a fully written, standard Methodology and Results section. This is a strictly results-based contract: payment is tied to the quality and completeness of deliverables, not to time spent. The scope of work will be agreed upon with the Principal Investigators. However, due to strict timelines, each consultant will be expected to focus on a specific thematic area. Multiple quantitative datasets are available for this consultancy, including cohort-level exposure and outcome data, facility-based health records, environmental monitoring data, and mental health assessments. All datasets, supporting documentation, and the full study protocol will be provided to the successful candidate(s) upon recruitment and after signing confidentiality agreements. Eligibility Candidates must have the right to work in Kenya and must be registered taxpayers with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Essential Master’s degree or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, or a closely related quantitative discipline. Demonstrated expertise in longitudinal and multilevel modelling of health data. Experience working with environmental or climate exposure data. Strong proficiency in R or Python for reproducible statistical analysis. A record of relevant peer-reviewed publications (applicants must include a list of publications with their application). Desirable Experience with time-series analysis, survival analysis, or exposure–response modelling in environmental health. Familiarity with maternal and neonatal health research in low- and middle-income settings. Experience working with high-frequency sensor or wearable device data.
