In doing so, you will help foster financial inclusion across Kenya while driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collections & Portfolio Maintenance: Ensure timely loan repayments by managing collections and maintaining consistent communication with clients, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Default Management: Handle cases of default with professionalism, escalating accounts as necessary, and negotiating repayment plans with a customer-centric approach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the loan process.
  • Risk & Credit Management: Adhere to credit policies, ensuring compliance with regulation and conducting thorough due diligence to assess and mitigate risks.
  •  Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to help drive customer acquisition and maintain a strong portfolio.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Values: You are someone who believes in the power of financial inclusion and is driven to make a positive impact. Integrity, professionalism, and adherence to SOPs are at the core of everything you do.
