We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with exceptional leadership skills to drive sales growth, oversee a team, and elevate the hotel's brand presence through strategic campaigns. QUALIFICATIONS: Professional Certification(s) in Sales & Marketing Leadership, or a related field are essential. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of both digital marketing and traditional sales strategies. Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and supervising a sales and marketing team. Exceptional communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: Develop & execute sales and marketing plans. Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team. Analyze market trends and competitor activity. Prepare and present regular performance reports. Collaborate across hotel departments for service excellence. Work under pressure, manage
