Job Description Post a job We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent English communication skills (C1 level), and experience working with international markets. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage potential clients Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria Schedule meetings for Account Executives Maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, outbound sales, or call center roles) Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo Fluent English (C1 level or higher) – strong spoken and written communication Clear, neutral accent suitable for international clients Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
