Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including landlords, property owners, and property managers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, field visits, and email marketing.
• Present and demonstrate property management software, showing clients how the system simplifies property and tenant management
• Follow up consistently with leads and assist the sales team in closing opportunities to reach targets.
• Support new customers through initial onboarding and introduction to the system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions while building ongoing client relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship, attachment, sales, or real estate/property management experience is an added advantage.
