Security Supervisor

Job Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations and supervising security personnel to ensure the safety and protection of staff, patients, visitors, property, and assets. The role ensures compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. The Excelligent Health Hospital Where Wellness Meets Excellence Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of a Certificate in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education -D plain (D) and above At least 3 years of experience in security services, with supervisory experience preferred. Experience in a hospital, corporate, or institutional environment is an added advantage. Excellent observation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure. Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and risk management. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. go to method of application »
