Job Purpose Statement The main purpose of this role is to drive distribution of Unit Trust Funds, Global/Offshore Funds, distributed &/ owned by NCBA Investment Bank. The Job Holder will deliver end-to-end management and growth of retail wealth solutions by owning the Sales customer journey, supporting business by preparing proposals, feedback management on wealth products, commercialization, and continuous enhancement of investment offerings. The role focuses on accelerating business growth through client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and market expansion, while equipping Relationship Managers and frontline teams with the knowledge, tools, and training required to effectively position and deliver wealth solutions. This is achieved through data-driven insights, strong stakeholder collaboration, and disciplined governance within a dynamic regulatory environment. Professional qualifications in wealth management and investments such as CISI, CIFA, or CFA are advantageous. A Master’s degree will be an added benefit. Desired Experience Up to 10 years’ experience in commercial or retail banking, sales, and lending, including at least 4 years in a management position within a similar organization.
