WHAT WE WANT

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Leadership are an added advantage.
• At least 15 years' proven experience in FMCG sales, including senior sales leadership roles.
• Must be a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).
