KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep track of allocated Bills of Lading (BLs) and request shipping line invoices immediately
• Keep track of delivery order processing
• Resolve issues arising in shipping line
• Report any incidents or new conditions arising from shipping lines
• Update received shipping line refunded deposits in the system
• Request money needed for payment of shipping line invoices
• Update status after receiving delivery order from shipping line
• Keep a proper record of shipping line invoices and deposit refund applications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Certificate in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a shipping, freight, or logistics support role is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, delivery orders, and shipping line documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using logistics/ERP systems
• Strong numerical, record-keeping, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
