Employment Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen inventory policies, procedures, controls, and ERP processes.
  • Conduct monthly and cycle stock counts and reconcile physical stock against ERP balances.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
  • Monitor inventory transactions, including transfers, purchases, sales, returns, and stock adjustments.
  • Oversee verification of goods received against supplier invoices and GRNs.
  • Monitor inventory ageing and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure accurate recording and posting of daily production outputs.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to minimize stock losses, damage, breakages, and obsolescence.
  • Support monthly inventory financial close and external audit requirements.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Inventory Accounts Assistants.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA Intermediate Level or above.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in inventory /stock control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory controls and warehouse operations.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
