KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead title deed & mixed collateral recovery
• Manage classified loans and collections
• Oversee collateral enforcement, repossession & sale
• Supervise recovery teams and service providers
• Ensure legal & regulatory compliance
• Monitor team performance and prepare reports
• Support recovery strategy and staff development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or Banking
• CCP or equivalent credit qualification
• 5-8+ years' debt recovery experience 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role Strong knowledge of land/security realization, statutory notices and forced- sale valuation
• Experience managing advocates, valuers, estate agents & auctioneers
• Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
