Job Summary We are seeking a competent Chinese Translator to support communication between Chinese- staff and local employees within Production department. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate verbal translation between Chinese and English (and/or Kiswahili). Interpret during production meetings, shift briefings, and management discussions. Safety guidelines and SOPs Support communication between Chinese engineers/supervisors and local production staff. Assist in training employees on production processes, equipment use, and quality standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of company operations and technical processes. Requirements Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) Ability to interpret accurately in fast-paced factory settings. High attention to detail and strong communication skills. HSK Level 4 or above preferred. Education & Experience 1–3 years of experience as a translator/interpreter in manufacturing or industrial settings
