What you'll be doing:
- Recruiting, training and developing independent agents and Direct Sales Force
- Achieving manpower and sales budgets
- Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the company
- Growing the business with the set business mix
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements
What we're looking for:
- Minimum KCSE Grade C Plain
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
- At least 3 years experience in General Insurance sales
- A degree or diploma in a business-related field is an added advantage
