Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally Support supervision of junior service staff when required Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution (preferably Boma International Hospitality College or Utalii College) 3–4 years’ experience in a busy, high-end restaurant or hospitality setup Candidates who reside around Kikuyu town are highly encouraged to apply Knowledge of barista operations and basic coffee preparation Excellent communication and customer service skills Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality Good height and professional appearance go to method of application »
