Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress at Jumba Ruins Monsoon, located in Mombasa County, Kenya. The Waitress will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, communicating with kitchen and bar staff, and addressing guest inquiries or special requests.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service processes
• A basic understanding of cooking and food presentation is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
