Job Description Source and manage farm produce and FMCG suppliers; negotiate contracts and ensure quality. Oversee dispatches and returns using Odoo ERP, ensuring 100% stock accuracy. Conduct daily inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits to maintain accountability. Monitor warehousing processes, minimize losses, and recommend automation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory guidelines. Manage products and assets, reconciling and reporting within agreed timelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration. 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing, inventory, or warehousing. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo or other ). Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
