JOB PURPOSE: The individual will be responsible for all stocks & stock movements in the assigned Growers’ Shop warehouse as per SOPs. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for always monitoring feed stock levels & maintaining stocks at the correct level. Responsible for delivery of Day-Old chicks and feed from the feed mill, Hatchery and warehouse to customers as per SOPs. Responsible for attending to customers when required and maintaining good customer relationships. Complies to all relevant Company SOPs & policies, statutory regulations and expected Company behaviours always and implements corrective action when required. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & CAREER EXPERIENCE Mandatory: At least 2 years of experience in a relevant environment. A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field Desirable: A bachelor’s degree in business administration/supply chain/accounting or a related field 3+ years of experience in a relevant environment. Core Competencies.
