Job Summary This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Research and Data Management Function The cadre is responsible for implementation of regulations, development and review of policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. This will be undertaken through integrated data management for equitable and sustainable allocation of water resources. Duties and Responsibilities will entail: Compiling the data; Validation of the data; Identifying the data gaps; Updating of the database. Job Specifications For appointment to this grade, the candidate must have: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Hydrology, Soil, Water and Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Geology, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and Proficiency in computer applications. go to method of application »
