How to read and understand/interpret the booking sheet. Understand ULD types and pivot weights & allocations. Understand the flight schedules & destinations. Preparation of tentative booking. Creating consoles. ETDs and ATDs in CargoWise. Attach and detach S numbers. Loading variables (mixing customers). Communicate flight delays and cancellations. Update performance analysis and run and request HAWB stock. Requirements Diploma in any relevant Commercial Course/ Aviation Course (preferably IATA Forwarding). Ability to diagnose and solve problems. A team player with the ability to work well in a small dynamic airfreight team. Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.
