We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing bakery business, for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join their team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and excellent in customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and taste of beverages Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently Manage stock levels and report any shortages Support overall bakery operations when required Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and hygiene standards Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Key Competencies Customer service excellence Communication and interpersonal skills Time management and multitasking Teamwork and reliability go to method of application »
