Experiential and Digital Associate

Support the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns. Assist in the development and scheduling of digital content across social media platforms, including copy drafting, visual briefs, and post management. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, emerging platforms, and audience insights to inform campaign strategy. Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and post-campaign reports with data and visual summaries. Assist with community management, monitoring comments, engaging with audiences, and flagging key interactions. Coordinate logistics for event setups, vendor liaison, and material procurement under the guidance of senior team members. Capture and organize on-site content (photography and short-form video) during activations for use in post-event reporting and digital channels. Support influencer and partner outreach processes, including briefing, tracking deliverables, and maintaining communications. Provide general administrative and creative support to the experiential and digital teams as required
