  • Our client, a 4-star hotel, is looking for an energetic and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to lead the front office team and create exceptional guest experiences.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the front office to ensure efficient and professional guest service. 
  • Welcome guests and resolve enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. 
  • Coordinate all front office guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations. 
  • Monitor front office procedures, including room allocations, billing, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Attend to guest complaints, enquiries, and special requests in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures. 
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the front office, reception, and lobby areas.
  • Maintain accurate front office records and prepare operational reports. 
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution. 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. 
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
