QUALIFICATIONS;
- Diploma in Food & beverage production
- Must have adequate culinary skills with knowledge of preparation, cooking and serving of both local and exotic foods
- Must have adequate communication skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information.
- Must have served in a similar position for a minimum of 1 year.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a team player
