About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for middle and junior cadre positions.
- Ensuring alignment with company policy and objectives.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Manage and maintain an efficient HR filing system, including personnel and subject files, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Administer employee exit processes, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policy.
- Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare and collate HR data for monthly management review reports.
- Generate and distribute monthly probationary reports, ensuring timely communication with supervisors.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of daily attendance reports .
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications .
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR department in the manufacturing and industrial sector .
- Strong understanding of Kenyan labour law and statutory requirements.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience with HR systems / payroll software is an advantage.
