Employment Information
This role is suited to an HR professional who understands the demands of high-volume agricultural workforces, including seasonal labour mobilization, onboarding, deployment, employee welfare and workforce compliance.
Key requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years’ HR experience
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture or floriculture is preferred
- Experience with Fairtrade or Kenya Flower Council (KFC) audits
- IHRM Kenya membership
- Fluency in English and Swahili
