Description Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures. Analyzing the business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Production of standard regular reports as required by the customers. Maintenance of data quality standards. Assist in hardware inventory management. Handle periodic preventive maintenance for IT hardware. Requirements Undergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses. Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint® and others). High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards. Ability to diagnose and solve problems. A team player with the ability to work well in a small dynamic IT team. Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail. Ability to cope with stressful situations.
