KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Ensure stable power and network across sites; manage ISPs and monitor uptime Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Support warehouse systems (WMS, scanners, printers) and resolve issues fast Experience Set up and maintain office devices; manage device lifecycle Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or support roles Experience with multi-site IT environments Maintain CCTV systems and support surveillance reviews Warehouse or operational environment support is highly preferred Manage user access, enforce security policies, prevent misuse Provide daily IT support and resolve tickets within SLA CORE SKILLS Supervise IT support staff; train users and create SOPs Hands-on troubleshooting (network and hardware) Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls Coordinate vendors, monitor service quality, support cost control Familiarity with power backup systems (UPS, generators) Experience with CCTV systems Basic knowledge of IT security and access control Strong execution ability, problem-solving skills, and ability to supervise a small team
