Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a Junior Food & Beverage Cost Controller.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management
- 1–2 years experience in F&B cost control or inventory management
- Experience using Opera PMS, MC (Material Control), Micros POS & SUN Systems
- Knowledge of food costing, stock control & variance analysis
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
