- Vocational Diploma in Leather Technology/ Leather science
- Be proficient in Tanning
- Must possess skills in quality leather identification
- Must possess skills in leather cquipment operation and management
- Have adcquate knowledge of understanding sketches and drawings
- Must be computer literate
- Must have served in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years
- Must be a team player
