Join our team and help clients achieve relaxation, pain relief and overall wellness through professional massage and spa treatments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional massage treatments including relaxation and therapeutic massages
- Perform body and spa treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism during all treatments.
- Educate clients on wellness practices that support relaxation, muscle recovery, and overall well-being
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and monitor client feedback Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field
- Proven experience providing professional massage therapy treatments.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness practices.
- Experience in basic facial treatments and waxing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Passion for wellness and client care.
