Amaica The Restaurant Limited is a leading hospitality brand celebrated for authentic African cultural dining experiences. With multiple locations in Nairobi, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.
LEAD OPERATIONS
- Drive operational excellence across multiple outlets
- BUILD TEAMS Develop and inspire high-performing teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Proven multi-outlet restaurant experience
DELIVER RESULTS
- Optimise profitability, service quality and customer experience
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership and digital reporting skills
- Knowledge of operational SOPs, inventory management, procurement and cost control
