The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a chef in diverse kitchen environments (restaurants, catering, or hospitality).
- Strong skills in fast foods and Kenyan cuisine (additional international or specialty expertise is an advantage).
- Creativity in menu development and adaptability to client needs.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
