Salary KSH 70,000 (NET) Requirements Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3-4 years' experience in property management within either commercial or residential properties. Strong knowledge of lease management and tenant relations. Understanding of property laws and compliance requirements. Must be a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
