Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new vendors to expand the company\'s vendor network.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new vendors and business opportunities.
• Create engaging marketing content to attract and recruit vendors.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Assess and qualify vendor leads and convert them into active business partners.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service quality.
• Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or account management will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Computer literate.
• Ready to start immediately.
