Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new vendors to expand the company\'s vendor network.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new vendors and business opportunities.
- Create engaging marketing content to attract and recruit vendors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Assess and qualify vendor leads and convert them into active business partners.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service quality.
- Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or account management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Computer literate.
- Ready to start immediately.
