Role Objective

• Our client, a hospitality establishment, is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences through efficient service and excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and service stations.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and ensure accurate order handling.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Collect customer feedback and perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in hotel or restaurant management software is an added advantage.
