As we tighten the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure adherence of standards and deliver value for money, your participation as the people who we remain central. Three years down the line in the devolved system of governance, it is a pleasure to note that the residents of our great county continue to enjoy the fruits of the multi-sector development strategy that we put in place towards accelerated and sustainable economic growth as outlined in our County Integrated Development Plan. The overall objective of my administration is to provide infrastructure and support services to enable our people to take advantage of existing opportunities to earn a decent living and create wealth. I thank all our development partners who have helped us in one way or another to realize our aspirations as a county.
